    Whether you're exploring the city or heading in for a game, we’re right in the heart of it all — yet tucked away in a quiet, leafy pocket of Damai.

    By Car

    We're just off Jalan Tun Razak, nestled in a calm corner of Damai. Parking is available nearby, and we’re easy to find via Google Maps or Waze.

    By Ride-Hailing

    Grab will get you here with ease. Simply set your destination to “Ampang Racquet Club (ARC)” for the most accurate drop-off point.

    By MRT

    We’re just a 1 km walk from MRT Ampang Park (Putrajaya Line). From the station, head toward Jalan Tun Razak, turn into Lorong Damai 6, and we’ll be waiting at the end of the lane.

  • We’re open daily from 7AM to 12AM, Monday to Sunday. Our last court booking is at 11PM.

    Any changes to operating hours, including public holidays or special closures, will be announced on our social media pages.

  • Yes, roadside parking is available near the club. The nearest parking lot is available at Intermark, just a short walk away.

  • Yes, all guests enjoy access to our showers, complete with essential toiletries to enhance your post-game experience.

    We do offer towels upon request, just reach out to the onsite staff.

Bookings

  • We have 3 pickleball courts and 1 padel court, all with top-notch surfaces and great lighting.

  • The waitlist for classes opens when the slot is fully booked online. As members cancel their reservations, individuals on the waitlist will automatically move up, securing a slot. The waitlist operates on a first-come-first-serve basis, and those on the waitlist will be notified in the order they joined.

  • Certainly! You can move or cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before the scheduled session to avoid forfeiture of credit. Once it’s canceled, you will be refunded with club credits to your PlayByPoint wallet. Next, you may rebook your new session using your club credits!

  • You can reserve a court for 1 to 3 hours. Each account may reserve a maximum of 2 courts per session. Booking more than 2 courts for a single session will be considered a Private Event, with different rates. For such bookings, contact hello@arcplay.co

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

    Late cancellations will result in the loss of booked credits, except in cases of hazardous weather or extenuating circumstances.

  • ●      Court Rental: Reservations begin promptly. Late arrivals will not result in extended booking times or prorated fees.

    ●      Group Lessons: Late arrivals after the lesson starts will be considered no-shows and will not be refunded.

  • No-shows are charged in full after a 15-minute grace period from the reservation start time.

  • All sales on court rentals and lesson packages are final and non-refundable. However, unused credits may be transferred to another member.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early, especially if it’s your first time. Check-in at the reception with your reservation details. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your slot may be given to others.

  • At ARC, we require all players to wear appropriate sportswear.

    Men are required to keep their shirts on while playing, ensuring a respectful and refined environment for all.

  • Safety first! Remember to:

    ●      Report any issues to our staff.

    ●      Respect the ARC community and code of conduct.

  • Please consult with your doctor prior to engaging in any exercise. If cleared by your doctor, please inform our operations crew at each session.Your safety and well-being are important to us.

    Infants and toddlers must be supervised by an adult at all times. Older children who are comfortable on their own are welcome to relax in the lounge area.
