Ampang Racquet Club (ARC) – Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in activities, events, and programs at Ampang Racquet Club (ARC), including but not limited to pickleball, padel, and other related recreational activities, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Acceptance of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that participating in pickleball, padel, and other related activities involves certain inherent risks including, but not limited to, potential personal injury, property loss, or other hazards. I willingly assume full responsibility for these risks as part of my experience.

Fitness and Health

I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of safely participating in pickleball, padel, and other activities at ARC. Should my health status change in any way that could affect my safe participation, I agree to immediately inform ARC management or staff.

Equipment and Facility Use

I agree to use ARC's facilities, courts, and equipment (including rental or borrowed equipment) properly and responsibly. I acknowledge that ARC is not responsible for the condition or suitability of any personal equipment I bring to the club.

Release and Waiver of Liability

I hereby fully release, discharge, and hold harmless Ampang Racquet Club (ARC), its owners, employees, instructors, affiliates, representatives, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, or damages arising out of or related to injury, loss, or damage to myself, my property, or to others, including claims based on negligence or breach of duty. This waiver applies to all claims, whether known or unknown, that may arise as a result of my participation in ARC activities.

Third-Party Injury Responsibility

I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any injury or damage I may cause to other participants, guests, or third parties while engaging in ARC activities.

Media Consent

I authorize Ampang Racquet Club (ARC) to capture, use, and publish photographs and/or videos of me taken during activities for promotional purposes, without any expectation of compensation or additional approval.

Emergency Consent

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Ampang Racquet Club (ARC) and its representatives to obtain necessary medical treatment on my behalf, including transport to a medical facility if required. I understand that any medical costs incurred will be my responsibility.

Adherence to Rules and Conduct

I agree to abide by all rules, guidelines, and instructions set forth by Ampang Racquet Club (ARC) and its staff to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment.
